Fresh – One and Only ( Motown/Prodigal 10" Acetate 1978 ) Unreleased Talk Box Funk
Special one here, totally unreleased Talk Box Funk tune by the Group "Fresh". This Band was active between 1977 and 1978, in that time they released 3 Albums and several Singles, they was the opening act for "Rufus & Chaka Khan" in that period! The band had their very own style, a fusion of Funk, Soul and a touch of Rock. I must say that this unreleased tune here is the freshest that I know by this Group, they should have definitely released it … possibly it was planed to be released as 7" Single or to be part of one of their 3 Albums, too sad that it never saw the light of day! I recorded a long sound sample, a lost 90 % of the Song, so check it out … this Jam is fresh!! Peace
