The last thing you would expect from the cover of this record is an epic, cosmic, slow-jam like this. The whole record is quite unexpected as it consists almost entirely of slick soul and modern takes on R&B classics. This mellow groover, written by the saxophonist George Goodman, really stands out though. The record was made to raise funds to build an unspecified kids rec. center. Hopefully it all worked out!
