XLR8 – Terminator ( S.C.A.M. Records 1994 ) Vocoder Electro New Orleans, 88-Style, Rare Pressing

Here a very special and extremely rare one, this one doesn't show up very often, I haven't seen many copies in my life! But you must take special care in case of this record! 2 different pressings exist, one is very easy to get and is nothing special, and than there's the one you see and hear in this clip! Generally the main-song on that Record is "No Sex without Latex" which is not really good, an ok female Rap tune. But this special pressing features an outstanding Song on the B-Side with title "Terminator", this one's an incredible pure Vocoder Electro Jam. This record is from 1994, but "Terminator" sounds more like 1987 or 1988, in the style of "J.B. Beat", "Matrix" or "H.C. Smooth". With dope Electro Beats, great Bassline (similar to Jam The Box by Pretty Tony), freshest Melodies in the style of World Class Wreckin Cru and Vocoder Rap in all variations, an Electro Heater from the first to the last Second. The Man behind "XLR8" seems to "I. Hymel", seemingly his only release. That's a New Orleans production! The above mentioned easy to get pressing without "Terminator" is 2 years older from 1992, I guess they wanted to repress the record and added this incredible song. Also I do believe that this song was produced somewhen around 1988, than pressed on vinyl in 1994, that's 100 % 87-88 Style! I have uploaded the full song ... so check it out, this Jam is fresh! peace
